Township at Old Goodwood is a collection of 8 high-end custom homes in the heart of Old Goodwood's growing cultural district.

PROJECT VISION

To address the growing demand for new build residential lots in Old Goodwood area of Baton Rouge, Onsite Design developed several vacant lots to form Township at Old Goodwood. The goal for this project was to design 8 high-end residences at the gateway between Old Goodwood's residential and commercial centers to encourage a more livable community that can take advantage of large lots while being steps from the city's best shopping, dining and cultural amenities.
