PROJECT VISION
Etage Gardens was Onsite Design's first self-propelled development. We recognized a unique opportunity to create infill developments on the north side of Baton Rouge's Government Street. The layout was designed to be simple, inviting and visually cohesive to set it apart from other residential structures along this growing corridor. Now completely built out, this development is consistently used as the case study for development in Mid City Baton Rouge and is driving real estate prices higher than they've ever been in this area.
